| 1992 Cast Program |
- The River Oaks Cast - formed in May, 1992 by members of the former Bel-Air Cast by Mina, Molly, and Ryan. Mindy was the theatre manager at the time. There were ~500 seats in the main house then. Future renovations would reduce this greatly.
- After Midnight Cast - formed by other members of the former Bel-Air Cast who appealed to management after The River Oaks Cast was established and ran concurrently (alternating dates) until the casts eventually merged.
- Dr. X's Feature Creatures - formed in the mid-90s by Calvin (original member from The River Oaks Cast), later co-directed by Jef and Mina during Calvin's absence.
- The Beautiful Creatures (I) - formed in May, 1999 by Mina & Jef by management's invitation. Jef also became an employee of the River Oaks Theatre. The theatre was renovated around this time, and the seating capacity in the main house was reduced to about 360. The cast disbanded shortly after a change in management.
- T.H.E.M. - formed by Gin'a, and Jenni in 2001 under the new management, but performed in a smaller theatre upstairs. They disbanded about a year later.
- The Beautiful Creatures (II) - re-formed in 2005 by Mina and Jim when Rob Arcos (previous management) returned and invited the cast back. Their cast's transducer has been upgraded and is still in use by the current cast today.
- The Royal Mystic Order of Chaos - formed in 2011 by Jeff Foss after The Beautiful Creatures disbanded. They were displaced from 2020 - 2024 when the theatre was closed. New owners renovated the venue and seating capacity in the main house was reduced to 249.
- The Sisterhood of Lily St. Cyr - formed in 2022 by G & G Productions (burlesque troupe), they were given a concurrent run alongside Chaos when the River Oaks Theatre re-opened in 2024 under new owners. Their run ended in mid-2025 leaving Chaos as the only resident cast.
