I've been able to find out very little about this event. I have a hunch it's a traveling production from Dallas, but I'm still trying to find out more details. The Rice Thresher refers to it as the "Rocky Horror Road Show" in a "notes and notices" blurb on November 2, 1978, but I haven't been able to find any newspaper articles or reviews; only this advertisement in the Houston Chronicle.

Here is a ticket stub from the event! I am so grateful!! I'm trying to follow up on some other
incredible leads. I'm just baffled that I couldn't find anything in the Chron or Post besides the ad.
